One option is to cut a hold in the backing in the scrapbook and attach the card with corner holders so that both side can be seen. It can be made removable with just corner holders if cutting the backing in the scrapbook is unfavorable. Option three is to photocopy one side and post it next to the original.

In the middle of the card their is a fold, take the folded area and staple or hot glue the card to the scrapbook page. This will allow you to fold the card but also see the front as well as the inside.

Make an envelope to attach to your page and tuck the card inside. That way your card is protected and you can look at both sides any time you like. Alternatively, you could scan the card and then print a color copy of one of the sides so that you can affix both sides to your page.
