On your laptop there is a button on your keypad called "Prt Scr". That stands for print screen. You hit that button and then open your image editor of choice. A fine example is Photoshop. Then you make a new file and go Copy/Paste. You then have your screen capture.

All you have to do is press and hold the alt button and then press the print screen button. This will take a screenshot and copy it to the computer's clipboard. You can then open an email and press and hold control and then press the letter v. This will paste it in the email.

Press the "Print screen" key located on your keyboard. Then go to any program that accept images, create a new document, and paste (usually Ctrl+V).
