You can download a Sega emulator, use the Play Station version of the classic games, or whip out a Sega system. The classic Sonic games a player could only run, jump, or spin attack. Use these abilities to collect rings, destroy bosses, and get to the end of the stages.

Sonic the Hedgehog is a platforming game in which the player is tasked with getting to the end of each stage before the time limit is reached. Some stages require you to fight a boss in order to proceed. Rings may be collected to add to your score however they also fuction as a lifeline if hit by an enemy.
