How do you make soy bread?

You take any bread recipe that you already like and substitute soy flour for white flour. You may need to add more liquid to get the right doughy consistency.

Stir whole wheat flour, soy flour, baking soda, and salt together. In a seperate bowl, blend in sour milk or buttermilk, oil, and honey. Pour these wet ingredients into the dry and blend well. Pour the batter into a well-oiled loaf pan and bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour, until a toothpick comes out clean.

You can substitute the flour for soy flour, but you must also add xanthan gum to make it also rise.
