Passion fruit sorbet would be best made by somehow juicing the fruit, and combining with sugar then freezing or putting in an ice cream maker.

Boil the sugar with water to make sugar syurp. Remove from the flame and add passion fruit juice and cool to room temperature. Refrigerate this pulp until thoroughly cold. Add lemon juice and process in an ice cream maker. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze until ready to serve.

Get some passion fruits- you can also add some mangos or a peach. You will need to dig out the pulp and put it into a blender unitl pureed.
