Konbucha is made from another kombucha mushroom given by some other person to you, either dried for storage or fresh. Place in clean jar of fresh black tea.

Boil the water, add 5 or 9 tea bags. Add Sugar but do not boil longer than 5 minutes. Add two cups "Starter Tea made from previous batch of kombucha tea. Add White Distilled Vinegar Add the kombucha mushroom. Pour into container and cover with a clean cloth. Place a tight lid on jar. Leave undisturbed for 9-14 days

Kombuscha mushroom tea recipe is 2 bags of black tea and one bag of organic green tea.Then add 1/2 to 2 cups of sugar and add boiling water.I use a Sun Tea jar for the water measurements.Then add one organic mushroom.It takes 6 to 15 days to ferment.

Make strong black tea, cool and add lots of sugar. Add the Kombucha mother and cover, leave for four days or so. Strain and decant your kombucha tea.
