Basically, mash a ripe avocado, season, and add whatever you like. Some people use vegetables that are in "pico de gallo" (chopped tomato, onion, cilantro), some add mayonnaise or sour cream and jalapenos. It's up to you and your likes. The word "guacamole" comes from nahuatl (the tongue of the Aztecs) "ahucamulli" , which means "avocado sauce".

Scoop out the flesh from 2-3 of your best avocados. Blend together with a half a cup of greek yoghurt, a smattering of olive oil and lashing of lemon juice. Finish with cracked black pepper and a sprinkle of grated parmesan - perfect for dipping and devouring

As ingredients you need two ripe avocados, juice of one lime, one clove of garlic, salt and Tobasco sauce. Wash and peel the avocados, cut in half and remove the seed. Squish the avocados with a fork, squeeze and add the garlic. Process together with the lime juice, a pinch of salt and three drops of Tobasco sauce. Ready.
