Grape jam is usually made with grape juice, pectin and lots of sugar. You would have to can it. So make sure you have all the canning supplies. The pectin you buy will have a recipe for grape jam that works specifically with their pectin. But they all have the same stuff.

Skin and remove seeds from 4 cups of your favorite grapes. Mix it with 4 cups sugar. Boil for 20 minutes and then lower heat and let simmer for another 15 minutes. Rub the mixture through a sieve and fill your sterilized jars!
