Web sites for teachers have images of currency for ink-jet or laser printers for teaching, business marketing, game playing or other legal purposes. Don't alter real bills: it is illegal.

You should never ever make fake money, even if you don't plan on spending it. It is against the law and you will get in big trouble if caught. It is definitely not worth the risk of jail time. Why would you want to make fake money anyway if you are not spending it? Find another hobby.
