How do you make apple wine?

I tried it recently and liked it.

First, rinse thoroughly, then dice your apples. Then place them in a bucket with cold water, stirring every day for a week. Now strain into another bucket, and then add sugar, yeast, and pectic enzyme, allowing it to stay for 24 hours. Strain, and let ferment for approximately 4 months.
