Fill your glass with ice. Pour over 2oz bourbon, 1oz sweet vermouth and a dash of angostura bitters. Shake or stir as you wish, and then top with a maraschino cherry.

Manhattan: 1 1/2 oz. Bourbon (I recommend Maker's Mark) 1/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth or Dry Vermouth a dash Angostura Bitters (optional) Garnish - Maraschino Cherry On the rocks - just pour all ingredients over ice in a glass, stir and enjoy. Use equal measures of sweet and dry vermouth, with a lemon garnish for variety.
