How do you make a healthy smoothie from an unhealthy recipe?

All the ones I find are filled with sugar.

The healthiest smoothie recipes are mad with fruit juice and real fruit all you have to do is put them in a blender to make a healthy smoothie and it is very easy to do.

Two containers of low sugar and fat yogurt, 2 kiwis, 1 banana, carton of blueberries, or a frozen bag of mixed fruit, and 1/2 cup of orange juice. Mix in a blender and it keeps in the frig for about 5 days. It makes about 5-4oz glasses.
