How do you make a Christmas windmill?

You need to make a rectangle box out of balsa wood. You can use an exacto-knife to cut star / xmas tree windows in it and paint it. Make a hole on the top to insert a dowel. Hammer a nail into the top of the dowel. Take more balsa wood and cut the windmill blades.

You would want to cut out the shape of whatever you want, maybe a triangle (6) and then attach the smaller ends together with a pin.

Christmas windmills are more of a skill of balance than craftsmanship! You can decide whether or not you want elaborate details on the wood, but in general, you can just make the different components and delicately attach them.

In order to make a Christmas windmill, you will need wood and nails to create your masterpiece. Measure your wood and nail the pieces together.
