There's a good chance he's not the only one who changed. Look at yourself and why you loved him to begin with, and why he loved you. Then sit down, agree to each speak in turn and to not loose your temper NO MATTER WHAT, and talk it through.

Every man is loveable, just make him feel special and talk to him about what made u fall inlove with him, even if he is unlovable, look for the one thing that attracted you to him

I would ask yourself why you'd want to if he's not loving to you. I'd have him go see his doctor or both of you to go to a counselor.
