How do you look up marriage license records in Texas?

The records are not online for public access. You may request a copy of the marriage certificate, but if you are divorced and plan to remarry, you need a copy of the divorce decree that dissolved the marriage. A copy of the divorce decree is available from the court where the divorce was granted.

If you know the city the person was married in you can go into the local court site and normally find it that way.
