Contact whoever leased the rights directly. If you aren't sure who that is check with your county's recorder's office and find out.

Find out what company is working your land, if there is one. Or contact an oil company and ask them to work your land.

if you have rughts for mineral you can use that to take minerals and you can do it in own, whereas if you want right for producing oil you should get prior permission from government. otherwise check the rights whether it is also for producing oil or only for minerals

It is illegal in most jurisdictions for oil to be pumped out of your land without your permission. Ask the city or county if there is drilling in your area.

contact the company that is leasing the mineral rights from you to see if they have any production on your land, or contact the State Corporation Commission.
