Depending on where they are at you may want to hire a professional. Many professionals use natural ways to extract them. There are also bee traps that contain natural ingredients.

You can buy a yellowjacket trap that attracts the bees into the trap but then they can't get back out.

Do not kill basic bee, but yellowjackets I understand. They tend to burrow in the ground. When you find their next wait till dusk, empty an entire can of Wasp/Hornet Killer into it and cover it with dirt to keep them in. This works.
