To keep shoes looking good for special occasions, it is best to clean them after wearing and store them in their original box.

Shoes are polished and used, especially on special occassions such as interview, businees meet-ups etc so that they look neat and dark colored, and not tainted or dusty. Polishing can be done atleast twice a week, depending on the usage and type of shoe material.
