Stuff the bedding box with lots of woolen blankets, then put a hot water bottle under a sheet and place the kitten on it. Make sure to refill and warm it approximately every 2 hours. Heating Pads are useful too, but extra care must be taken to prevent electrical shock.

Provide your kitten with a warm bed to sleep in at night. You can also find her a really small sweater to wear. Sweaters work wonders for keeping pets warm.

There are heating pads for pets that are sold in pet stores. Or just wrap a hot water bottle in a towel to place in your kitten's bed.

Cats , amazingly have fur. Just like dogs they can keep their selves warm. you can put a blanket in her bed and if she gets under it then maybe she is cold if not she is fine. They have small heaters though.

Since these cats stay tiny their body heat is sometimes hard to maintain. Your best bet for a kitten is to keep blankets in it's box to help with warmth. Don't sit the box too close to a stove or any kind of heat like that. Keep the kitten's box out of drafts.

Make sure that your kitten is sleeping in a warm area, maybe near a heater, or with plenty of blankets. Also, you can get hot water bottles, or those pads that you can heat up in the microwave, and place those among the blankets to warm the kitten (just make sure it's not too hot!)
