First, determine the cause of the rash because that will lead you to the cure. If it's fungal, try something like Lotromin or Tynactin. If it's an irritation caused by exposure (ex: allergy to your laundry soap) change brands. If it's caused by moisture/rubbing, try using a powder to ease the irritation.

I would imagine it would be the same way that you would heal any other rashes. Try a gentle lotion, and see if that helps. If you can't find anything else a trip to your doctor might be in order. They will be able to give you something to get rid of it.

Well an itch down there is really hard to heal unless you follow some certain steps. First of all it could be a vaginal infection. You have to start cutting down on spicy and salty foods and stick to bland foods and also don't itch there and it will go away.

You should heal pubic rashes the same way you would heal any other rash- keep the area clean and covered and avoid irritating clothing or substances.

Shower frequently, wear loose fitting clothing, and if humid, perhaps shower even more than once per day. You could apply cortisone create to help with the itching and pain.
