You should bring your jade bracelet to a jewelry store. They fix all types of bracelets and are relatively cheap and quick. If you are unsure of the price, you can still go to the jewelry store and get an estimate.

You need to call around and find a smith or someone who creates jewelry, not just a box-store jeweler. Jade can be brittle and requires certain techniques to repair and preserve it beyond just a spot of glue that can be detrimental to the look and future of this lovely stone.

Take your bracelet to the jeweler where you purchased it from. They should be able to send it off to have it repaired.

You had better send it to a specialized store for amendment. It will cost you some money based on the jade type and damage degree, but usually the fixed ones will be firmer and can not be inspected easily. Of course, you can do that by yourself with some special glue, but the result can not be guaranteed.
