If the circumference is known, then radius of a circle is calculated by using a constant named as Pi. Circumference of a circle is always measured by multiplying the Pi constant with diameter. And since diameter is simply 2 times bigger than the radius, then we can find the radius of any given circle's circumference by dividing circumference by 2xPi.
