family

Question by  melkins (16)

How do you go about discussing family difficulties with a 13 year old?

I feel like 13 year olds are old enough to know that something is going on, but I don't think they need to know everything.

You should be honest with your child about what is going on within the family, however make sure the topic is age appropriate and do not dis your spouse.

Present generation are wise enough to understand all sensitive issues going on in the family but certain things which will heart them should be hidden. Afterall they are only 13.

According to me 13 years old boys and girls are not enough mature to discuss family problems with them but in order to make them understand the thing in a positive way we can make them know about the problems with some good examples of their age and make them realise the true facts of life in a better way.
