Crowns are bonded to the teeth using a dental cement. So, to glue a crown back on you're gonna want to get some dental cement. After you get cement, you're gonna need to get some gauze to dry your tooth with and your un-glued crown. Now dry your tooth and glue on the crown. Or just go to the dentist.

If your crown comes unglued, you should take it to the dentist and have him glue it back on. The reason for this is that commercially available glues are not safe for use in the human body. Also, the dentist can make sure that the crown is securely seated in your mouth.

Don't glue it back on. You need to take this problem to your dentist and get it taken care of the right way. I don't even think there is a proper way for you to glue it back on yourself without having something go wrong. Do it the right way have professional do it.

You can use dental adhesive that you buy at the store like Polygrip but you would have to apply it at least once a day.
