How do you get skinny thighs?

I have lost weight everywhere but my thighs.

It's hard to lose weight in one particular spot. Maybe spot exercises for the thighs will help as well as walking.

You can do exercises that tone your thighs, or get plastic surgery. The healthier option would likely be to exercise and simply accept your body the way it is.

Squats? Those thigh-master things? Just keep excersising and eventually it will come off. It takes time and patience. Perhaps you could do more running?

You must eat healthy, exercise the inner & outer part of each thigh. Most women have problems in this area.

This is a tricky one as it seems that you are genetically predisposed to weight in your thighs. It is most likely you will never be able to attain skinny thighs. The best advice is eat healthily, get plenty of diverse exercise and learn to love yourself.

In order to get skinny thighs, you need to concentrate specifically on leg exercises. Walking, running, jogging, any of these exercises will work on the thighs.

Use a cellulite cream and wrap saran wrap around thighs;then put on sweatpants. Now workout. Stand straight; bend your knee outward and lunge; hold for the count of 3.
