How do you get skinny thighs if you are working out on a regular basis?

I need to lose weight in my thighs.

It's difficult to isolate a specific area like that but try the inner thigh machine at your gym. It develops the muscles in that area.

I have asked myself this question before and fortunately, I have found the answer. In order to obtain skinny thighs, even though you work out on a regular basis, you should develop a workout plan and a healthy diet. There are two types of squats that will give you skinnier thighs. They are the chair squat and the dumbbell squat.

If you lose weight throughout your entire body, it will come off of your thighs as well. If you stick to a healthy diet, the thighs will shrink.
