I am pretty sure there is no known cause or cure for canker sores inside the mouth, but my mum always told me they were from Vitamin C deficiency, and made me put lemon juice on them. Or you can try the yellow antibacterial mouthwash.

Gargle with a salt water mixture. It will sting, but it will help immensely. Also cut out sweets until they disappear.

There are several way that you can get rid of them. The first one is that you can rise your mouth out with salt water. I had a friend whose parents swore you could rise your mouth out with peroxide.

First of all: yours nourishment is causing this. The human body is a wonderful machine, which works very well if properly used. To moderate your discomfort use toothpaste with milk of magnesia and avoid acidic foods (like tomatoes) and eat a little of everything. Always brush your teeth after meals, to prevent fermentation of food in the mouth.
