It's not known how to get rid of aquagenic pruritus, but you can treat the symptoms. Baby oil, creams, and certain body washes, have all been found to be helpful. Taking an antihistamine may also relieve sypmtoms.

Applying capsaicin cream can cure aquagenic prurius. Cold water or ice can cure the itching and rash. Application of baby oil before bath and lenolin-free Aqueous cream immediatly after drying off can reduce the symptoms of this condition. If pruritus is due to histamine, then H1 and H2 blockers such as Claritin, Doxepin or Cimetidine can be helpful.

Aquagenic pruritus is an intense itchy rash after bathing in water. Treatment is specific to the individual; some people respond to applying oil before showering; antihistamine is also thought to be helpful. Some people find hot air or hot pads after showing can prevent it. Another treatment is capsaicin cream which comes from the chilli plant.

The best way to get rid of that is simple to put on some really good lotion after you get out of the shower.
