Jamaican marriages are legal in the USA. Documentation such as birth certificates, divorce and death certificates for divorced and widowed persons, and parental permission for those under 18 are required.

You need to apply to the Ministry of National Security, pay the license fee (about $80)and show a photo id and proof of citizenship. After a waiting period of 24 hours, you will be able to be legally married. The marriage will be recognized in the U.S.

If arriving from another country, you must apply for a marriage license at least a month in advance with the Ministry of National Security and Justice. Provide proper documents that include certified copies of your birth certificates with father's names. If either of you have been married before, provide documents showing divorce or death. Legal in most states.

The easiest way is to make arrangements with a hotel or group that does these marriages. You do have to register the marriage in the US or it isn't legal.

In order to get married in Jamaica, you need to acquire a marriage license from court and then take it from there. You need to get a priest to marry you and your partner and then after that you will be married! This marriage will absolutely be legal in America and anywhere else with a conscience.

Yes, your marriage will be legal as long as you legally do what is required. You will need a marriage license, providing identification, notarized copy of birth certificates. If you are widowed you will need death certificate, if you have changed your name you need that document or divorce certificates if applicable. Jamaican documents will be in English.
