How do you get candle wax out of carpet?

Take a piece of wax paper and lay over the wax. Then use a warm iron and place gently on the wax paper covering the wax. Peel up the wax.

To get wax out of the carpet, you need a brown paper sack and an iron. Lay the sack over the wax and iron it. Repeat until wax is gone.

If it's set, flake off as much as you can by hand. Chilling it with an icecube or frozen peas helps. Steam cleaning removes more, but risks ruining your carpet.

Pick any wax off by hand if possible. Heat an iron to medium temperature. Place a piece of brown paper bag over the wax and place iron on brown paper for about 5 seconds. Using a clean piece of brown paper each time, repeat until all wax is removed.

You should try covering it with a piece of cloth and ironing it. The heat from the iron should melt the wax into the cloth. Repeat until it's gone.

You could try removing it with a piece of paper or cloth and using an iron on top of the paper/cloth over the way and seeing it it will pull up the wax as it melts. A hair dry may also get the job done.
