Your Net Operating income is your profit minus all of your expenses. The expenses include all of your overhead and your cost of good sold. Net operating income is your actual "TAKE HOME" pay.

Operating income is most commonly calculated by figuring in gross income, less expenses and depreciation. Simple calculation is as follows: net operating income = gross income - operating income -depreciation.
