You have to simply ignore his existence and pretend as if he isn't there. If that doesn't work talk to your parents.

The best way to deal with a erson who is extremely arrogant is to ignore him. Simply do not give him the attention that he obviously craves. Try to avoid them as much as possible. Go into a different room when he enters the one your in. Keep this up until the world shows him who he is.
