i would start by pulling it out with a tweezer, you may need to gently massage the area to move the splinter into position for easy grabbing. then you should clean and disinfect the area with peroxide. cover the wound with first aid cream and garnish with a band aid.

Wash your hands, a pair of tweezers, and the area around the sliver with warm, soapy water. Gently use the tweezers to extract the sliver, try to do this from the same angle it went in to prevent it breaking into pieces. Apply an antibiotic ointment such as Neosporin, and cover the spot with an adhesive bandage.
