If you get 2 green anole lizards, make sure they are both females to prevent fighting. Use about one inch of sterilized reptile bark in the bottom of the tank. Spray/mist them a few times a day, and feed them crickets every few days. Take out any uneaten crickets promptly. Use a 40 watt florescent bulb for warming.

Caring for a green lizard is easy as long as you know your basics and follow them. Green lizards like to have both a place to be warm and a cooler area. Use a 40-60 watt light bulb to provide this. The enjoy eating crickets and a clean home.

You need to figure out what species of green lizard you actually have. All lizards require heat lamps and UV spectrum lighting. Iguanas eat vegetation, while other lizards eat insects.

Well feed them regularly and like with any reptile, you'll want them to thrive in a cold place. Make sure it's not damp at all. And make sure you let it play around.
