There are two easy ways to do this. One option is to look at your pay stub (normally issued bi-monthly). Your pay stub will normally tell you how much you made that pay period. Multiply this number by two to get your monthly salary. Alternatively, take your annual salary and divide it by 12.

If you know your yearly salary, you can take it and divide by 12 - this will give you your monthly salary.

If you know your yearly salary, then you only have to divide that number by 12 to determine your monthly salary. For instance, if you earn $48,000 annually, then you divide by 12 months in a year for a monthly salary of $4,000. You can further divide by 4 weeks in a month for a weekly salary of $1000.

If you know your annual salary, then you just take whatever that number is and divide by twelve (the number of months in a year). That will give you your monthly pay amount. For example, if you make $60,000 per year, then you divide that by 12 and end up with a monthly amount of $5,000.
