How do you build muscles quickly?

Muscles are built by using them past fatigue. You should lift heavy weights for 8-10 reps 3 separate times with only a minute of rest in between. It's on the last 1-2 reps where you are building muscle. If you can go up to 15 reps it's time go up 5% in weight and try that for 3 reps.

You build muscles through hard work and proper nutrition. Lift weights to failure and don't do too many reps. Get proper nutrition, plenty of protein, and watch your muscles grow.
