Character creation is usually the same as in P&P games. But you have an unlimited number of rerolls, so given enough time, you can optimize your character.
RPG, or role playing games, are fun. They have open worlds, where you can roam and do things when you want. Usually, you create your own character, but sometimes you only have a few pre built characters to choose from.
