My Chihuahua, ate a bar of chocolate. She is throwing up and is really restless. What can I do to make her feel better?

Chocolate is deadly to dogs, especially little dogs. It causes liver damage, which can easily be fatal. The sugar is what's making your dog restless. The vomiting is a concern. Contact your veterinarian immediately.
