Any damage to hands, feet or joints should be attended by a medical professional. What you do is manage the pain and follow the physiotherapist instructions. Your main concerns are to prevent swelling and to maintain circulation and that can be easier said than done.

Keep it bound so it doesn't move. Tape it to your other toes--not too tight; you want bloodflow. And be careful not to move it unless necessary to avoid complications.

You don't. I have had a broken little toe and I went to a sport doctor that told me to take Ibuprofen for pain & wear comfortable shoes.Eventually the pain should subside.Good luck.

There is not much you can do for a broken little toe except tape it to the toe next to it and take Ibuprofen to manage the pain and swelling. If the toe is broken at the joint though you should have it X-rayed and checked by a doctor.

You would need to avoid putting weight on it as much as possible. Keep it elevated and put some ice on it to keep the swelling down. Try to keep is as clean and dry as possible to avoid getting an infection, if there is a wound. See your doctor, or go to the emergency room right away.
