Call 800-827-6364, you will have to enter your account info. When asked tell them you want to cancel. THE KEY THING TO DO: DONT under any circumstance accept their offers. They will try to offer the world to keep you, just tell them to cancel the service that you dont want any offers.

To terminate your AOL service just call AOL and ask for your service to be canceled. They may ask the reason you are discontinuing your service and offer you some incentives to stay, but just turn them down and stay the course. Once done uninstall from your computer.

AOL stopped charging for e-mail service a few years ago. If you are not using them for a service provider and only using them for e-mail you simply need to stop using that e-mail account. If you are still using them as your Internet provider, you have to call customer service.

Go to the AOL homepage, sign into your account. If you have premium service, click on that and select the action you want to take. That should do it.

To terminate the service you can call them at 1-877-773-4462 and speak to an agent about cancelling. Make sure you do not have any contracts with them or you will have additional charges. Also, make sure before terminating your AOL service, you have a new service for future internet access.

I think you can call them or do it on there aol web site under your account. I think when I had aol I call but you can do it online.
