If you are using windows XP. Click on the START button on the bottom left corner. Click on My-Computer. Click on Tools on the toolbar and select Folder options. Click on the View Tab. Scroll down until you see "Show hidden files and folders". Select it and click ok. This will enable you to see hidden folders.

Do a search to reveal the folder, right-click on the folder to open "Properties", then unclick the box under "Attributes" that says "Hidden".

Just go to any folder and go to tools then go to folder options. Click on the view tab, then scroll down on that page. Then where it says "hidden files and folders" click on "show hidden files and folders".
