How do I round off corners of images in paint shop?

I want to remove the corners from pictures using paint shop but am having a hard time doing so.

Open the image, then right the background in the layers palette and select Duplicate. Turn off visibility of background layer. Set Selection Tool to Rounded Rectangle. Place cursor on the photo and draw selected area of the photo you want to keep. Go to Selections and choose Invert. Press Delete and then deselect image. Export as PNG or GIF file.

You can typically round off corners of image files through paint shop by using the transparent background option, then opening the new image and over laying the two; after that, you can delete the transparent edges you don't want.

Well, there are multiple ways you could do this. You could make the shape you want the edge to be with the Poly. Lasso tool and then cut the edge, flipping and rotating the selection you will make with the lasso as necessary for each corner.

Click the Selection tool. Under Selection Type select Rounded Rectangle. Click the top left corner of image and drag to bottom right corner. Press ctrl+shift+i. Then ctrl+x to remove corners.
