Well, you stop classifying them by gender and think of them as people. They want what they want as individuals, and you find out by talking to them.

The funny thing is that men do not underestand women. A man will want to have sex with you. Men want sex. Women want intimacy. But on the other hand, men are also romantics. They long to have a special woman they can love the rest of their lives. Men are also goal driven and wants to win you.

Not all men want the same things, particularly from women. In your case, it's important that you be direct and simply ask what the man you're interested in wants.

Ask them. It's a lot easier to be straight up and ask than playing games with one another. If you're not sure, be honest and ask.
