You iron a fitted shirt the same way that you iron a dress shirt - just insert the point of the ironing board into the shirt.

Set your iron to the correct temperature setting for the fabric. Iron the sleeves first, doing each side of both sleeves. Next place the T-shirt face up on the board and iron the collar edge and upper half of the T-shirt. Shift the T-shirt up and iron the bottom half. Repeat these steps for the back pf the garment.

It is important to make sure the iron is set on medium. Take the shirt and lay it flat on a safe surface. Begin at the neck line, working down and make a crease on each folded sleeve. Iron the middle to the bottom.

Follow the setting on the iron for what type of material the t-shirt is made of. I would also recommend ironing the t-shirt inside out. Doing this will protect the front of the t-shirt more, especially if it is made of a more sensitive material or has any type of applique on it.

Lay the t-shirt out carefully. Prepare your iron. Careful not to burn yourself. Work in a circular motion on an approved Ironing board.
