You really need a computer to figure out which of the senors is malfunctioning. There are 8 to 12 sensors that it could be based on the car model and year. Once you find the culprit it popps right out and the new one goes right in.

Well the first step is to figure out witch side of the engine is bank one. Then you will need to remove the oxygen sensor on that side. You will need a special oxygen sensor removal tool that you probable find wherever you get the sensor. Remove the connector then the sensor and install the new one.

Start by finding out which side is bank one. Then unhook and remove that sensor with a o2 sensor socket. Then install the new one with some o2 friendly anti-seize.

If you are wanting to install this type of sensor on your Chrysler you will need to be able to get under the car so as to take out the other sensor first.
