It sounds like your dog has a Urinary Tract Infection. You need to take her to the Vet right away because if you don't she could form crystals in her bladder and die. She will be put on Antibiotics for two weeks and then she will be fine. Just make sure she's eating dog food and nothing else.

You need to take her to the vet because this is a serious problem and it could cause her to be very sick. Not peeing could cause her organs to shut down and this could happen in a short period of time. There really isnt anything an untrained person can do for this.

Take your puppy to a veterinarian. She may have a blocked tube from her bladder, an infection, or many other possibilities. Only a veterinarian can help ensure her health.
