How do I help my cat care for her newborn kitties?

The mother cat really doesn't need any help in taking care of her babies. Just give the little family a dry bed out of harm's way and make sure mom is eating well. Sometimes if you fool with kittens their mother will take and hide them so be very careful.

She should have enough milk to feed them herself but if it is a very big litter it would not hurt to help her a little bit.
