Cut off the water to the sink and disconnect the plumbing. Remove the spigot/faucets set. Lift the sink out of the counter. Prepare the countertop to accommodate the new sink. Drop the new sink into the counter and properly seal the edge to the countertop. Re-install the spigot/faucets set. Reconnect the plumbing. Turn the water back on.

The trickiest part of installing a new sink and faucet is connecting the sink's drain. Mark the counter's back edge to center the sink within its cabinet. If sink has a template, align it with the mark on the counter. Mark as many things you can, it will help allot.

Make sure the water valves under the sink are turned tightly off. Disconnect the hoses/piping and pull the sink free. Insert new sink, reattach hoses/piping, and open the water valves.

Turn off the water. Disconnect all pipes and hoses from sink. Remove the sink, put new sink in and then reattach all the hoses and pipes to new sink.

Go underneath the old and disconnect everything. Use razor to remove caulking along top the top of the sink. Now to install, reverse order.

You should call in the plumber, but if you want to do it yourself its not that of a hard job to do. Just get a new sink. Turn off the main water supply hoses from outside the house. Then remove the tiles and frame etc, of the old sink. then fix in the new one.

Make sure the sink is the right size and then just hook all the plumbing up to it and when you put it in and once you set it you need to take silicone caulk and go around the entire outside of the sink to stop leaking.

Now that you have the Kitchen Sink, you'll need to remove the old one, put the new one in place, hook up the water lines, hook up the drain lines, install your chosen faucet, and caulk the new sink down to the counter. I hope that your new sink is the same height as your old sink.
