How do I get rid of the ants in my sink?

I have a colony of ants that like to walk around the sink with the garbage disposal. Is there anything I can do to get rid of them?

You can kill the ones that are there with spray. Then you would want to seal up any cracks or crevices that are under your sink. They have to have a way to get in so blocking that will help.

Ants travel for a purpose, the search for food. Once a scout ant finds a food source like spilled pop in you sink, he will be back with all his friends. To end this, keep your sink clean. Dish washing soap immediately kills ants so leave a soap barrier around the drain and in the path of advancing ants.

Make a visit to a home improvement store and find ant bait. This bait will trick the ants into thinking it's food, and will kill them all, including the queen.

Get a good spray for under the kitchen sink and ant traps for your cabinets. This way you don't have to get rid of anything in your cabinets. Then clean the floor and sink with soap water. Spread the turmeric powder in the sink.
