How do I get rid of accids bugs that are on the leaves of my choke cherry tree?

i have a young chokecherry tree,the leaves are full of holes and there are little bugs all around it,i they are called accids,how do i get rid of them as they are killing my tree

One way to get rid of these bugs is to make the tree less palatable to them. Spray the tree with a solution of soapy water or cayenne tea.

Why not remove the bugs on sight. There is no special need to add pesticides. Just try to remove them and finally check if they disappear altogether. Get an orchard spray that is labeled for use at home. Follow the instructions so that you don't eliminate your pollinating insects.
